Don't think these are like the ones in the stores. They are very small around and they bend them in half and tape them together to ship them. They will not reshape and are unusable. Do Not Buy Them Waist of Money.

I read the reviews before buying, so I'm not surprised these aren't as shown. Some of them aren't round, but rather scalloped shaped (see photo). They're also a couple inches short of 48. They'll serve my purpose (which will involve cutting them up/destroying them anyways)...but if you need them to be *exactly* as described, shop somewhere else.

I used these pool noodles to make boffer swords using a 1/2" pvc pipe as the core. They worked nicely for it. The pool noodles have an inner diameter of 1/2", and the foam is 3/4" thick.

I have a pony swing and the hard plastic is coming off of the chain so I bought these added some zip ties to keep them on and it works great

It's a thin, cheaper pool noodle. I didn't expect anything fabulous. But the fact that they were bent into thirds and never fully straightened out annoyed me. You get what you pay for. Lesson leaned.
