A few weeks ago, I got my first TENS unit. It came with a small variety of electrodes. (I ordered a few more in a couple of different sizes, too.) My first problem was that the pads acquired at the time I ordered the TENS unit, all seemed to cause significant skin irritation. (My most serious pain is in the lower back. So I started by putting on the pads and wires as I get dressed in the morning, then taking off the pads, etc. at bedtime in the evening.) The pads that I obtained with the unit and/or at the time of first purchase seemed to leave a lot of residue and my skin became bumpy, red, and very itchy.I was able to improve the skin by cleaning the area where the pads were removed very thoroughly (rubbing alcohol) and then treating the area with OTC Hydrocortisone cream.I ordered a set of these pads to experiment with several brands to see how my skin reacted. These pads reduced the skin irritation quite significantly. I find that they leave rather less residue when removed at the end of the day. While some complained they were only getting a short amount of usage, I'm getting 5 or 6 days of re-use (on in morning, off in late afternoon or evening). I've found these to be quite satisfactory and usable. I have not (yet) rinsed any of them, as they seem to stick quite well.I note that the pad "snap" is tighter than some of the other pads I bought -- this requires attaching the wire before applying the the pad to my skin. This is a minor inconvenience as I must press the wire end while the pad (on its backing sheet) is against a solid surface -- I have been unable to attach (or re-attach) a wire while wearing the pad. The inconvenience is that a wire occasionally catches in clothing and pops off -- and it cannot be reattached unless I also remove the pad, etc.The pads seem to have sufficiently strong holding power that normal movements during the day haven't caused any problems, though once a corner of a pad caught to an undershirt, "rolling" off my body and attaching itself to my shirt. Once I managed to retrieve the pad, I found that this had damaged the gel coating, rendering that pad unusable.All in all, I'm fairly well satisfied. These are reasonably priced. Hopefully a future order will be of the same quality as the set I purchased.

Approaching shoulder replacement and warding off pain in the interim with a tens unit. There are a lot of these pads available and I tried a lot of brands. These stick the best and can be reused way more times than the others.

I have chronic leg pain that I’ve been using a tens unit for on the daily and as such, go through replacement pads like they are water. I’ve tried a lot of different brands and my main complaint has always been the stickiness and that they fall off easily. I tend to fall asleep with the tens unit and soon as I move or turn the pads have always ripped off. NOT THESE THO! Not only are they a great size, Value, and a big pack, they also adhere amazing! I put these on my leg, fell asleep, tossed and turned all night and when I woke up they were still attached and not even peeling off slightly.Adding these to my cart to buy again and again, no other pads will cut it compared to these.

One of the most important things is, they are flexible enough to put on a leg or arm and they stay in place. Which brings me to the next thing I like about them, the adhesive is super, I have used the first set for over a week now and they stick as good as day one.
