I am a 5' 4'' female and weight 130lbs, and according to the size chart, I needed a size small, which I ordered. I could barely get my leg into the leg warmer, much less zip it up. My calves cannot possibly be that beefy! I figured I'd order a medium, but then I saw them at a store and tried them on. Not even the large fit-- I could not zip up the zipper! I ended up not purchasing these and got the non-zippered LG leg warmers instead. In contrast to the zippered ones, the non-zippered ones are true to size and fit well.
