Two size will fit most of builds.
We recommend lying flat or hanging when you don't have this harness on to keep the neoprene smooth. But don't worry, we threw this in our bag underneath a ton of stuff. We noticed some wrinkling as you would expect with any garment but all the wrinkling was gone after just laying out flat for an hour or so.
Easy to clean with just a little bit of dishwashing soap. Piss and cum friendly!

I used it for what it was intended for however the workmanship and the quality of the material garbage fun yes did it last NOPE ripped at the seams!!! why cause its not made for Plus size guys and it cut under the armpit area cause there is no give to the material it gave alright it. If you are a larger man I am sorry don't buy it and if you really want something like this youll be paying for custom made with hopefully better material! good luck shop smart no cheap!!

I bought one of these in a medium size, because that’s what my chest was: medium size (38 inches). But that one fit too loosely, so I bought another in small, thinking it would be downsized just enough. But instead of small, it fit, relatively, extra small. So I have two of the same design, with the same nice colors, but one, a medium, fits large, and the other, a small, fits extra small. The company needs to be consistent in how they range the sizes of their product.

Really like this item, although I am not using it for its intended purpose. I am using it as a shoulder support brace and it works well
