I put my cat's wet food bowl on this tray to prevent him from flicking his food all over the place. Although he still somehow managaes to get it on the floor, this tray still catches most of it. If your cat isn't as weird with his food like mine then you're completely fine. Even so, it looks adorable on the ground and it makes cleanup so easy!

My cat is a sloppy eater, and his cloth placemats were getting stained; his placemats--and the floor--also routinely got soaked with water when he overturned his water dish. (When I replaced his first water dish with a non-tipping bowl, he dug his claws into the cloth placemat, and jerked it back and forth, splashing water and sometimes still managed to tip over the bowl.) So water dish #3 is now a heavy ceramic bowl, and it sits on this new placemat. The cat can't dig his claws into the surface of this placemat, so he can't drag/jerk it until he spills water. All he can do now is dip his paw in his water bowl, pull out his paw and shake it. This mat catches the water. (No more damp wood floors!). The placemat is adorable and easy to sponge off. Like another reviewer points out, it doesn't lie perfect level on the floor, so it does rock very slightly, but not enough to bother my cat. I can easily fit three cat dishes on it. I can even squeeze in a fourth if I arrange the bowls just right.

I love this, not only is it cute but its functional! I have three cats and when it comes to food, it used to go everywhere. Now thanks to this thick hard plastic fish, clean up is a breeze. I can fit all three bowls inside of it, and once everyone is done eating ; just tip the head side up and all the dry food rolls down to the tail where you can pour it back into their bowls through the built in spout. Sooo handy when you got messy eaters. Also if you have a cat that likes to cover their food for later, try this and get a thin plastic mat from Walmart for like a dollar. Your cat can cover their meal and you don't have to deal with the obsessive pawing anymore.

This thing is really cute. I love the turquoise color and it feels sturdy like it will hold up well over time. It has little rubber feet on the bottom which is also great. My cat was playing in his dish and spilling water all over the floor on a daily basis. As soon as I put this down, he laid down on it to guard it from the dogs. Once his food and water were on it, he tried dragging the bowls around and splashing, but gave up when he could barely move them around, I think the raised scales help with that. He managed to slosh out a little water that went right onto the tray. I have a larger sized stainless bowl of water on it and a smaller plastic food dish. It might hold two larger stainless bowls but it would be tight. ('m not sure the exact size, I say larger because my other stainless dog bowls are pretty small). Either way it holds the sizes I need it to and I plan to replace the plastic bowl with a small ceramic one. Can't beat this for the price and cuteness factor, I really am impressed at how well made it is. Would definitely buy this again. This plus a couple of cute bowls would be a great gift for someone with a cat.

This is a big help for keeping kitchen floor clean from stray cat food. Recently had to put our dog down and realized how clean she had kept the kitchen floor. This is cute and durable. I've put it in the dishwasher as well. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is, fitting 3 bowls on it is a little tight. My cats each have a food bowl for wet food --because they can't share, one is a bully -- and one small bowl between the 2 for dry food. But other than that, I love it. Doesn't match my kitchen colors, but it's still cute and keeps my floor a lot cleaner.

I was a little worried about the size of this mat since some said it took up too much space and others said it was too small for multiple bowls, but it turned out perfect for my cat's relatively simple food and water station.The fish is hard plastic and holds at least 2 (small-ish) bowls without bending in the middle and it's super cute. I'm surprised by those who said the fish was too big but my cat is larger than most and maybe I'm just used to everything of hers being bigger than normal. It's much smaller than I anticipated but perfect nonetheless.I've made it a habit to pick the entire thing up to wash, clean, and re-serve food. Super convenient and I love it. The only thing I don't love? Feeling like my cat is at a restaurant and I'm its server. More water, kitty? More food, kitty? Do you need a napkin and utensils too? How about a glass of wine? Ugh. This cat is so lucky and all I hear is meow meow meow meow when I'm preparing food. What a rude customer. And she doesn't tip.

This works great for my needs. The tan is a lovely shade, the tray fits perfectly in the space I placed it in my kitchen, and my young cat even likes it. She hasn't pushed it around as she'd been doing with her bowls. I was coming home from work to find hernwwyer dish pushed to the far side of the room, still filled with water. Her two large-sized Neocoichi ceramic dishes fit well inside this tray with ample room between and around them. I could fit th mini bowl on, too, if I want to, but I prefer to keep it in the cupboard until I want to present her with a reward or special snack.

Omg this is the cutest feeding mat! My cats love to spread their food around when eating and this mat catches it all! It doesn’t slip when they eat and it is super sturdy and easy to clean! Highly recommend!

Perfect for my kitties! Going to purchase a couple more when I can. They seem a bit pricey but good quality when received. Helps keep any spillages or biscuit crumbs off the floor/carpet/worktop. The fish scale pattern is raised but with a bit of warm water and a soft cloth it's easy to clean, if anything a bit stickier does get on the surface.

Ich habe die Napfunterlage für einen größeren Hundewassernapf fürs Badezimmer bestellt. Der Napf passt genau darauf und die Unterlage passt zur Badezimmereinrichtung. Bei kleinen Katzennäpfen würden vermutlich auch 2 Näpfe nebeneinander passen.Die Napfunterlage ist aus Hartplastik und nicht aus Silikon, weshalb sie sehr raumfüllend wirkt. Die Fischschuppen stehen etwas heraus, was sehr nett aussieht und dem Plastiknapf auch Halt gibt. Eventuell ist die Unterlage dadurch aber auch schwieriger zu reinigen. Näpfe mit glatter Unterseite habe ich noch nicht darauf ausprobiert.Fazit: Für mein Badezimmer ist es eine tolle, günstige Napfunterlage. Im Wohnzimmer verwende ich allerdings eine andere Unterlage aus Silikon.
