I’m slowly updating the downstairs guestroom and wanted to replace the metal bed frame with a wooden one - something high enough to easily vacuum under and catch any dog hair. I ended up purchasing a 14-inch White Queen Solid Wood Platform Bed with Wooden Slats from H.D.However, I didn’t consider that my box spring mattress foundation along with the mattress would make the bed excessively high. After some research, I found this "Vehowy Low Profile Box Spring" 3-inch height as a solution. It was easy to assemble, and I don’t understand the complaints about the fabric cover. It didn’t rip at all - as long as you're careful and avoid pulling on it forcefully like you would when fitting sheets, there shouldn’t be an issue.PS. My husband had to make some modifications to the platform bed by cutting and repositioning the holes on the inside corners of the wooden legs (see last 2 pictures). This adjustment was necessary to properly accommodate the Vehowy Low Profile Box Spring in a flat position, as it was intended to be.Great product... and absolutely great solution to my problem ... the bed is 25 inches height

Easy to put together. All tools needed were provided.Very sturdy and well built. The cover is ok and the corner straps go under the frame to hold it in place.Highly recommend,

Arrived in time specified, easy to assemble, fit perfectly in 30 year old wood frame queen size bed. Needed 3 inch size due to how thick new mattresses are. Provided box spring cover is to tight, elastic strap torn loose trying to put around box spring but does not effect the use of it as the mattress holds in place.

Frame was ok, but the the fabric cover mean to slide over it was for a twin size box spring and I bought a queen.

I have never left a review before, but I am disappointed. Frame itself seems sturdy, but fabric cover MIGHT have fit a twin and we purchased a queen. The cover is not stretchy. We are placing it on a metal platform frame so nonslip fabric is important in making this work for us. Tried to contact seller to request the correct size cover, but the only options are “self help.†Not worth the money.

I needed to replace the large box spring on my mom's bed to make it easier for her to get in and out of bed during the night. I was unsure just how low of a profile box spring to get.This box spring has more than the four supports that some have. The number of supports is wonderful. I was able to get it together. Directions were clear. Mom is happy I'm pleased.

Box spring arrived very late which is reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Very easy to put together and very sturdy. A good deal. Sized exactly as advertised. Like the rounded edges of the frame.
