It came with dust falling from it . When removed from box. It has some scratches and the wheels will not go on. I've tried for two hours. This can not be this difficult.

I use this when I need to be in the bottom cabinets in my kitchen! It is great because I can roll from one side to the other so easily without getting up! Itnis made well! It supports the largest of people with no problem. The kids also love playing on It. It is sleek and cute and can be stored anywhere.

I so looked forward to this chair. AND, as soon as it comes...IT'S FILTHY, DIRTY, and LOOKED USED.DIRT fell out of the packaging. That was so nasty and, I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.I give this Minus-STARS!!!!
