My son purchased these for my Healthy Climate UV2000. My hvac dealer wanted $350 to install replacement lights. These cost less than $100 and took about 5 minutes to install. Merry Christmas to me!!

Received the bulb and unpacked it to install and I could see little silver balls that looked like mercury! Installed and bulb would not come on. DAMAGED BULB. They are going to replace it at no charge. I don't have to mess around with return either. Crossing my fingers on the next bulb. Box said nothing about fragile on it?

The light came on after installed but I noticed a few months later it was out. Could not get it to come back on. Had to call out the serviceman and he said that the ballast in the UV Fixture was blown. He blamed this aftermarket bulb for the ballast failure. Led to a very expensive repair. I don’t think that his analysis was self-serving although it certainly could be thought of that way. Bottom line I would avoid these aftermarket bulbs. Which is a shame because the name brands are much more expensive.

Each bulb of the two I purchased didn't last 3 months. Supposed to be under warranty for 1 year. Received no satisfaction from the vendor.

I purchased this lightbulb at the end of January 2021 and by month 3, it was out. I had LSE lighting send out a replacement, however, it would not turn on. The previous bulb caused the ballast to short, so in turn, need to replace the whole ballast. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
