My kiddo and I have been enjoying Renaissance festivals for several years. Several years ago she surprised me by asking about dressing up for them. I was delighted being an ex theater nerd myself so that was right up my street. Anyways this is the second ren fest dress I've gotten her as she outgrew the first one.She loves the style of this dress it's a bit fairy princess with it's long sleeves and busy bunching and such, and the vibrant red color. The fabric is comfortable (I'm told) even on hotter days. It's reasonably priced and a good value, and will last several years until she outgrows it. It works well and looks good with her other ren fest garb accessories (double ring belt, belt bag, flowered headdress).It does have a bit of a tendency to wrinkle and hold onto wrinkles. Oh well, nothin's perfect I guess.

The dress fit perfectly and looks really good. I am a short 5'1" but in the picture I have boots with a heel and platform on. The part of the sleeve that hangs down was a little long and dragged on the ground. Every once in awhile it got stepped on. But...I am short! The quality of the material is good. The bottom skirt is a bit sheer but the overskirt mostly covers that. It depends on how you wear it. It does make it a little cooler to wear in the midday hot sun. I am really happy with this purchase. I can make it into a few different style costumes for Renn Faires or Pirate Faires...etc... I would highly recommend this dress.

(I ordered the white plain dress)Incredibly flattering on me, material feels nice but is very thin and see through, was wearing a white bra and you could even see that. I plan on dying it brown/ tan so maybe that will help. Not to worried because I have a corset for the top. Sizing seems pretty accurate. For the price I wish it wasn’t see through other then that no complaints

I bought this as a last minute outfit base for a local rennaissance faire I attend every year. Upon ordering it, I was expecting the material to be more on the cheap side, but when I received it, I was pleasantly surprised. While yes, the fabric is a little sheer towards the bottom of the dress, that can easily be fixed by wearing some leggings underneath. It's a very comfortable dress, and the neckline is stretchy enough so that you can wear the sleeves on or off the shoulder. I'm very happy with this dress, and I would buy it again!

This was a much higher quality dress than I expected! Although I could have fit into a smaller size (I usually wear an XL), I opted for the XXL/3XL and I'm glad I did because I'm 5'8" and wanted to ensure the dress was long enough. It was perfect! Paired with an under bust corset it was still down to my ankles. The dress holds to the body nicely without anything slipping or falling down due to the nice range of stretch in the design, it's soooooo comfortable. Yes as others reported, it was very wrinkled when I received it. I washed it on a gentle machine cycle with other clothes, and hung it to dry. This took care of all the wrinkles and did not need ironing. You won't be sorry you purchased this dress!

Bought this amazing dress to be the White Queen for Halloween. The dress is stunning and extremely comfortable. I was a little skeptical but IT WORTH IT! Great quality and can definitely wear elsewhere

came iN a timely manner. packaged well. not a lot of loose threads. no marks or smears. i assumed it's new since it has that manufacturing smell. cloth is very thin and sheer, so make sure you have something to cover your nips for the top half, bottom half has another layer which is good enough to cover. overall it has a good design.make sure your sleeves are on your lap when you sit or you will have dirty edges. im wearing a petticoat, slip, undercoat, underskirt, or crinoline to give the nice volume. if you don't have one then it will just look flat, but that wasn't what i was going for. im a 5'1 with a 35in heel so it will touch the floor if i didn't wear heels. so far i didn't have to alter anything. you will also have to steam the dress bec you will have loads of lines if you don't.would buy if again.

I'm not convinced that this is the best value for money. The material is very badly creased in every way possible, It does not wear as the picture depicts it. Shame. This was close to $100. It should have been a higher quality material. It says soft wearing, it definitely is not.

The dress itself is beautiful, lightweight and easy to wash. It's a little see through and I wore leggings and a tank top underneath. The sleeves are really long and I ended up catching them a couple times. All in all it's a beautiful dress and I am happy with the purchase.
