Arrived in good condition. Felt like it had the right amount of compressibility. Fit 2015 F350 DRW Dana 80 axle perfectly. No leaks. Can’t speak to reusability, but I think I’ll try reusing it on the next rear diff oil change.

Wish I had found these years ago.This will save you a ton of hassle and can be reused! Using these gaskets is the only way to go!! Just make sure the seller actually has it in their possession or you might be waiting a long while to get it...

In response to another review about leakage, the gasket is a very good quality and the raised logo has nothing to do with leakage. Proper removal of old RTV sealant and cleaning of differential housing, removing any rust or high spots with a flat file and use of a solvent such as brake parts cleaner will remove RTV film from housing. Clean threads in housing with a bottom tap and clean RTV sealant from cover bolt threads. insure both cover and housing are dry and oil free. Torque bolts in sequence as shown on gasket package to manufacturers specs. Take the time and do it right. Result.....NO LEAKS with a stamped steel chrome cover.

I did a 90% good job on previous gasket removal/cleanup, got the big stuff off - by no means perfect but pretty darn good. This gasket has, if I remember right, 3 ribs, which make it clear it would have a very nice, redundant, positive seal. I handled it gently but could tell it could take a little abuse during install, nice and rigid, solidly built. If I understand right, it's reusable? Huge plus. I definitely tossed the sticker on my rig. 5*

Excellent gasket very well designed!!!! No leaks yet on my 2007 F350 DRW! I hate using silicone sealant or rtv for gasket material as it degrades and eventually leaks! I’m pretty confident this will last until I change my diff fluid again in 50k miles! I would highly recommend!
