I had several of these flashing in the windows of my house on Halloween. So cheap. So easy to use. No sound. Just bright flashing lights looked like from the movie poltergeist.

Read the instructions before leaving a bad review. Simple, right?These work perfectly as traditional/automatic strobe lights. As described in the instructions, the orange knob switches between automatic and sound-activated strobe. There is a VERY obvious click when you turn it completely counterclockwise to the minimum setting. Turning it clockwise past that click engages the sound-activation mode (it doesn't appear that the knob controls the sound detection sensitivity, but I turn it to max anyway). While in the sound-activated mode, turning the blue knob affects the responsiveness of the strobe, so turn it to maximum if you're trying to get it to work with music.One last tip: If you want these to last longer, make sure they stay relatively cool.

Great value for what you get. I used these with their sound activating feature and it worked perfectly. I had to run tests with the audio I was using it for (for Halloween jump scare sounds) to get it to work how I wanted. If you set it too sensitive, these will flash more than you want. Great overall and very happy with it.

My wife purchased these. Very bright and works great but only works off music or sound. So unless you have something playing they won’t work.
