Very soft, but the lower part is a lttle thicker than I wanted. But eventually I'm hoping it will wear down a little. You will need a chair with a lot of depth.

A bit of a weird shape, it worked for my needs but I don't think it would be comfortable for all seats. My main complaint is that it is not made of memory foam. Memory foam should have an imprint left in it for a while when heat and pressure is applied to it. This foam just springs right back when pressure is removed. I sometimes use it with a heating pad on my lower back, it does not mold to the pressure applied to it, there is no memory. I find it to be too firm.

Returned. Not very comfortable and felt no difference in lumbar area when used. Do not recommend purchase.

im confined to a small rental wheelchair for 8 weeks lumbar & hips in excruciating pain from it until i found this pillow i also use it in the car when i have to be seated sideways on back seat and in home rental recliner get this it will save your lower back

The memory foam in this is very soft. Great if you need that kind of pillow, but not great if you need something firmer that will hold its shape to support your back. For my needs though, it works!
