I couldn’t have been happier with this cummerbund for a recent black tie wedding. The material felt sturdy, durable, and of such high quality that it elevated the overall look. It's made of a nice soft satin-like material.It’s always tough to find things that fit my husband well, but the adjustable band made this an ideal solution. It fit him perfectly, clipped on easily, and stayed in place the entire evening. This was exactly what we needed, and it truly completed his tuxedo.

OK. Here's the skinny on this. If you are someone that gets invited (and attends) multiple black tie affairs a year (or more), and you really want a cummerbund, this is not the most upscale option you have. It feels a bit flimsy and clips like a costume accessory would. BUT... the satin feel is there, it looks the part, and the value is absolutely present. When I review products, I consider form, function, AND value... and that's why this is a solid 4. That said, I would recommend a more substantial 'bund if you're going to use it often. If this is for just a few occasions, the reality is that it looks good and no one focuses on a cummerbund. It's the tux that matters (and really, you're going to be outshined by your partner anyway :) ).
