This 3qt covered dish was shipped surprisingly quickly. I read reviews of people who received broken dishes and was fearful that it wouldn’t survive my delivery driver (he likes to toss packages on my porch). To my surprise after my package WAS tossed onto the porch (I just knew it was in a million pieces), the packaging was phenomenal and the dish and lid were intact. I have used it multiple times since receiving and it is large enough to feed 3 adults (with hearty appetites) with leftovers. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this dish. Also on a side note I used the packaging as a carrier for transferring my 5/6 qt slow cooker crock to a Thanksgiving dinner.

Now that I'm retiring, I'm getting back into cooking from fresh produce and needed a 9x13 to meet the demands of many recipes I'm collecting. I've been reading about the long-term negative affects of using aluminum foil, and wanted a casserole with a lid - which I was surprised to find that most (nice looking ones) do not have. This not only has a lid - the entire casserole is also very aesthetically pleasing with the beautiful ribbing. The attractive design and clear view of the contents will make it a standout on the buffet at holidays and when entertaining.
