Quick important things to know:-Buy large bumpers for the toilet seat and a T adapter with a shut off valve. Amazon recommends some good ones as an add on.-It reaches max pressure at the 'Low' setting. And it shoots out a powerful jet stream so be careful.-Looks good, clean, and is easy to install.-Overall it's a good choice for low cost entry. Works well when you know it's flaws* and adapt accordingly.Mainly this review is just passing along information I learned about the product as I installed and tried using it for the first time. I think it would be good to know and understand prior to purchase and installation. Giving a better understanding of what to expect and things to avoid. Background: I have no experience with bidets I have never used one before. A random YouTube video is the reason I looked into and purchased a bidet in the first place. And so far I have no regrets. And if you are reading this review most likely you already have one, already made up your mind on getting one, or you are considering getting one. I recommend that you do give it a shot. The idea of a bidet may seem weird, awkward, or maybe shameful at first but you quickly get over that. And it just cleans better than toilet paper alone. This particular bidet seems like a good one. It looks good it has a clean design. It seems to work properly and came with a 2 year warranty. And although you still need to buy bumpers and an additional T adapter for the best experience or functionality I still see it as a good value. It was easy to install. For me the hardest part of the install was unscrewing the hose attached to the toilet and that's because I was turning it the wrong way but it took me a few minutes to realize that. The bidet raises the toilet seat a little so you will need buy large bumpers for the toilet seat to compensate. It raises it enough to be a problem and require large bumpers to be added. The Knob has 5 dots. There is an 'Off', 'Low', and 'High' with two unmarked dots in between the 'Low' and 'High'. The water pressure reaches max pressure at, or slightly past the 'Low' dot so there is no need to go above that. The short range of motion means you need to be more precise or controlled with your movement of the knob. But it still works. It just gives a false sense of what kind of pressure you will get when you turn the knob.At first I opted out of buying the additional T adapter to save money. But I found out that the water pressure can be a bit too much. Or a lot too much. So you will want to buy a T adapter with a shut off valve. This allows you to turn down the overall water pressure to the bidet. You don't have to buy an additional T adapter if you don't want to. It comes with a T adapter that works fine it just doesn't have a shut off valve. If you are going to be the only one ever using the bidet and you want to save a little money you might consider skipping the additional T adapter. The knob on the bidet controls the water pressure so as long as you don't turn it up all the way the water pressure is not a problem. But it goes from no water to full pressure really quickly so you will have to be precise or careful as you turn it on. Or it requires small controlled movements with the knob. Otherwise I highly recommend buying the T adapter with a shut off valve it helps prevent unwanted powerful blast of jet stream which can be a negative experience for those who are trying it for first time especially if you have guest visiting. Also a shut off valve for the bidet is a good idea when there are young kids in the home so that they don't play with the bidet and shoot water all over the bath room. One common complaint I've seen when buying T adapters with a shut off valve is that they leak. The one I bought leaked when I put it in and turned on the water. The bidet came with some white tape. I used some of that white tape and a rubber washer that also came with the bidet on the the connection end that was leaking and it got rid of the leak. So if you have a leak you might try something similar before you try sending back the T adapter.

My first bidet experience was last year at a friend's house. He has the Toto B100 Washlet and I was sold on the concept with the first use. For years I was frustrated with using so much toilet paper to feel sufficiently clean. I was easily going through two or three rolls per week--and sometimes even more. It is quite a waste of resources and time spent wiping (over the course of days, weeks, and years, those minutes start to add up!). I started using wet wipes when they came on the market, but I do not like the idea of flushing so much fabric material into the sewer. Even if the wipes are designated as “flushableâ€, are they not necessarily bio-degradable. So after discovering the world of bidets, I started researching online and realized that a good mechanical bidet was all that I needed. The bells and whistles found on electronic bidets, like a seat warmer and an air blower, don’t appeal to me. I narrowed down my search and selected the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 White based on its features and Amazon reviews. And it turns out...I made the right choice! This is a fantastic bidet with the feature set that, in my humble opinion, should be included with every toilet. Installation was very straight forward. I didn't experience any leaking at the fittings. The rubber washers do a good job of keeping the connections water tight. The plastic construction feels high quality and durable. I have owned the bidet since October 2014 and, with daily use and monthly cleanings, it looks the same as new. I also upgraded my toilet seat to a MayFair easy clean, slow close elongated lid that fits quite well on the bidet.I love this bidet so much, I bought two more for my parents and in-laws as Christmas presents. Initially, they laughed at the concept and thought they were joke gifts. Once I installed the bidets for them, their attitude quickly changed and now they cannot imagine using a toilet without them. One minor nit: Luxe was generous enough to include a water supply line with each bidet. For the two gift bidets, I did need to install them for the homeowners. For their installations, the plumbing was old enough that I needed to replace their water supply valves behind the toilets and these featured permanently attached water supply lines. The trouble was that the water supply line provided by Luxe uses a 9/16†connector. I traveled to several Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores in my city looking for water valves that fit this connection. None of them carried a compatible valve, so I also had to buy new water supply lines. It is nice that Luxe included a metal braided water supply line with each of their bidets, but I do wish it had a connection compatible with valves sold in mainstream hardware stores. The number one complaint I read in Amazon reviews prior to my purchase was that the water pressure was difficult to control with the Water Pressure knob. I did not find this to be the case. I quickly became accustomed to only turning the knob as far as necessary to provide adequate water flow to do the job of cleaning. The ideal water pressure for me lands between the first two dots. But I can tolerate and sometimes intentionally turn the knob to a higher water pressure if I require more cleaning. For those who want lower water pressure, you can also slightly turn the Nozzle Cleaning knob. This will direct some of the water directly down into the toilet bowel and lower the pressure of the water stream aimed for cleaning your sensitive regions!I really do enjoy the turn style knob mechanism. It is simple and easy to operate without ever looking down at the controls. My friend, who owns the Toto, concedes that while his bidet offers more features, he does always have to look down at the control panel to see what buttons he wants to press. With the Luxe Bidet 120, you quickly develop a kinesthetic sense of where the knob is and how much to turn it for proper cleaning. The simple turn style knob is one of the reasons I chose the 120 model over the more expensive ones that feature a lever style knob that takes a bit more finesse to operate. I also read a reviewer complaint of the lever knob being inadvertently bumped by their dog, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. This type of accident is impossible with the flat turn style knob. One thing I was concerned about before my purchase was the cold water. I considered the bidets that feature a hot water line, but the logistics of plumbing and the fact that you need to flush the water pipes for a time period long enough to bring the hot water to the toilet during each use made me decide against it. And as mentioned above, I prefer the flat knobs on the 120 model. After owning the Neo 120 for almost 10 months, I have found the cold water line to be more than adequate and I have never lusted for warmer water. The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is an affordable, high quality solution that I feel should be integrated with every toilet--including in public restrooms. The control knobs on the bidet are as much a part of what I consider an ideal toilet as the flush handle. If you are in the market for a bidet, this one gives you the most value for your money, and it may very well change your life. I know I never want to go back to a life without one!

This is the best reasonably priced bidet for people who are just looking for the basics. I had an older version for a few years and never had any major issues. Installation is incredibly easy.- As others have said, the little door can be more harm than good. After struggling to keep the last bidet clean, I ended up just pulling the little door off this one before I installed it. I think it's better off. The little door just ends up getting grosser than anything else, and it makes it difficult to clean behind the bidet nozzle in the bowl. That combined with the idea of it popping off and causing a major plumbing issue that others have commented on was enough for me to just risk breaking it... but I was surprised to find that the door just popped off with no issue. I'd recommend anyone else do the same. This does make the "self cleaning" bit a little pointless, but I didn't experience much worth in that anyways. You can just wipe down the nozzle when/if it gets dirty.- If you have older plumbing, I'd also recommend having some extra washers on hand. The bidet itself comes with enough gear to be installed, but I had issues with my original plumbing leaking because of the connection, and ended up having to buy some washers to resolve the issue. Might be nice if they included some spares in the kit, but understandable that they include enough for their own gear and they also provide plumbers' tape which I thought was a nice assist.Overall, if you're just looking for a basic bidet, this is the one to buy. Don't get fooled into believing you need to spend $100+, this one does what you need it to do and lasts for years.

Great quality and works perfectly. Throw away the T valve supplied and buy the Kinetic 15mm x 15mm T valve from Bunnings.

I purchased the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 nearly 1 year ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This bidet attachment has transformed my bathroom experience, and I'm excited to share my thoughts with you.First and foremost, the design of this bidet attachment is sleek and modern, instantly giving my bathroom a high-end look. The high-quality construction with metal/ceramic cores and steel hoses, rather than cheap plastic, assures me that this product is built to last. It's clear that Luxe Bidet values both aesthetics and durability. One of the standout features of the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is the hygienic nozzle guard gate. It provides an added layer of cleanliness and peace of mind, ensuring that the nozzle remains protected between uses. The automatic retraction of the nozzle behind the guard gate is a thoughtful touch that enhances the overall sanitary experience.Installation was a breeze, and I appreciated that all the necessary parts and tools were included. In just a few minutes, I had it attached to my standard two-piece toilet. It's rust-proof and corrosion-proof, which means I won't have to worry about replacing it anytime soon. But perhaps the most impressive aspect of this bidet attachment is its eco-friendliness. Not only does it reduce the need for toilet paper, helping to save money and trees, but it's also gentle on the skin. The fresh water cleaning is both effective and comfortable, making it a worthwhile investment for both your wallet and the planet.Lastly, the 18-month warranty is the cherry on top. Knowing that Luxe Bidet stands behind their product and is readily available for support if needed is reassuring. In conclusion, the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is a game-changer for any bathroom. It combines style, hygiene, ease of installation, environmental consciousness, and excellent customer support in one fantastic package. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom experience.
