The Luxor pulls are really beautiful and very heavy, so they feel like quality. However, this company is woefully slow. As a designer, I often have to get several different versions of things like cabinet hardware to show to a client. Top Knobs ALWAYS keeps me waiting. In this day when Amazon and Zappos reign supreme, and people are used to 1-2 day shipping, Top Knobs is a company that is woefully out of touch. On the last job I did, Top Knobs took so long to ship a couple of sample knobs (3 weeks!) that I gave up and got the best I could find at Home Depot.
