This works well. Is actually tougher than the original. The original is very easy to scratch or gouge, and then you feel it as the trackball rolls in your mouse. This one is very tough and I have not scratched it yet.

I ordered the "black" one (looks just like the picture except not the size of a baseball!), it fits the Slimblade perfectly. The ball does have a slightly more slippery feel to the touch, but in use it is a very subtle difference versus the original. Definitely a great deal if your original ball gets damaged and you need a replacement, but if you're looking for some kind of upgrade or enhancement this isn't going to do anything for you, imo.

I was at a coffee shop and was putting my trackball into my backpack when the ball fell out and hit the floor which put a big dent in it making it useless. This ball was the perfect fit to replace the old one.

I didn't think I needed this. I bought is as a backup ball for my Kensington Slimblade ball in case it got damaged, but when I tried it I was blown away. It's way more slippery, which means the mouse curser moves much faster. It's almost like the ball is floating. It's also way more precise for micro-movements. This is a must buy if you are unhappy with the somewhat jerky default trackball. Just buy it.

Very pretty glossy trackball. It fits perfectly, easy to clean and weighted enough to work, just like the original Slimblade Pro wireless trackball. I would like more colors.

Fits perfectly! Love it, I also find it a bit more precise than original ball.
