Surprisingly, none of them had pointy or sharp edge on the wing nuts, maybe the sample provided is very small ( only 10 at the time). Otherwise they fit well on the thread checker, it's your typical clearance compared to your regular nut. The beveled is quite huge so starting to fastened the thread is quite easy.

Tested handful of those wingnut so you don't have to, they fit well and are deburred "most of them".Some of the edge during the manufacturing process has somewhat sharp wings, so you need to be careful.Otherwise it fits on the thread checkers, although the clearance is small compared to regular M6 nut, so you have been warned. Otherwise, I think it's a great alternative if you are in a pinch, then this might work for you.

Honestly, I have tested every 3-4 win nuts from the bag and I can't find major flaw. They fit in the thread checker.Well if I have to force myself and nitpick, the thumb wing could be more rounded would be perfect for slight better ergonomy.
