I didn't expect the little storage case. For me, these are spare nuts for chainsaw bar retention. I dropped the case into the tool bucket with the wrench, file, sharpening gauge, and spare chains.

These are listed as LOCK NUTS. This is FALSE. They are indeed flange nuts, but the threads are NOT machined to function as LOCK NUTS.
