Mabett Magnetic Phone Holder2022 Ford Maverick XL HybridPros:The phone holder fits perfectly into the Maverick cubby hole and securely latches into position. The holder is well made with heavy material. The phone stays in position- (iPhone 11 with Otterbox Defender case, 288 grams total weight) and is easily adjustable with the ball and socket arm. The rubber mat is a nice touch keeping small items from sliding around inside the small cubby hole.Cons:The Otterbox Defender case is very thick so the metal ring must be attached to the soft, rubber, outer case. So far, the metal ring has stayed attached. Removing the phone from the holder causes the rubber case to flex and stretch- kudos to the strength of the magnet- but I am concerned as to how long the bond between the ring and case will last.Also, the metal ring, on the phone case prevents my wireless phone charger cradle (Samsung) from charging the phone with the rubber case installed. Perhaps a different placement of the metal ring would allow the phone to charge. Mine is centered on the back of the iPhone.

Installation was simple, pop out bottom 'mat' and this clicks right in. My wife loves it as now she can have her phone right up and in place even though she's also running Apple CarPlay. Makes life much easier for her as she travels between locations for work. Looks factory and a small cubby below remains for small items.One added 'perk' is that there is now a small hidden compartment behind the 'mount' if you need to store something out of sight. Not much room, but it's there if you need it for a spare key or other item(s).

This fits perfectly inside the little useless cubby, and the magnet solidly holds my iPhone 16 Plus! I removed the factory installed little rubber mat from the bottom of the cubby, installed the thinner mat included with the Mabett magnetic phone holder and pushed the whole thing into the cubby. Done. I read reviews that said it was loose, but this one doesn’t budge. Solid. And the magnet securely holds my phone in my clear Toushion MagSafe case while driving. I didn’t have to use Mabett’s included ring magnet. I will hang onto it in case I change phone cases.I recommend this phone holder!

I love this mount for my Maverick. It worked great, until it broke. It fits in the cubby perfectly. I've emailed the company three times with no response. It was purchased November 1st, so return period is over.I'm hoping this "review" will get some attention

This is the single best modification I have bought for my Maverick, and I have bought several! Fits perfectly in the cubby, is easily removed, and adds a FITS slot. The phone mount is a bonus, and works great with my magsafe case.

Like the design, but the insert does not go all the way into the cubby opening. Super tight. Not sending it back, because it's not in the way, and it won't come out. Magnetic holder is great. Easy on, off, and swivel. Wondering if I can get it all the way in when the weather warms up.

I was about ready to send this back because the fit wasn't flush - I watched the installation video several times and it appeared to fit snugly and flush - finally I pulled it out and realized there was a factory rubber mat in the cubby - now it fits flush, but is just a tad loose - I may need to tweak it by wrapping with some thin foam for a tighter fit. All that said, it holds my iPhone in a great position, and the magnet is strong. I love that it utilizes what would be wasted space. Two thumbs up for everything except the lack of good installation instructions.

This item is the ideal magnetic phone mount for my ‘24 Maverick Hybrid XL. It fits perfectly in that cubby hole next to the info screen. Functional, quality and necessary.
