I used this surgical tubing for making snook jigs and it works like a charm. This is good quality surgical tubing and cheaper than many others. I have no complaints.

It's fairly thin and probably works great for fishing. I wanted to use it for springs on my guitar pickups but it is too small for that.

After reading the reviews about how this product came cut, not to size etc etc. Mine arrived today and was exactly as described 3 feet long and of decent quality. I would of like for the hose to of been a bit thicker in size. But for my need this will work fine.

The ends were cut slightly at an angle but scissors fixes that easily. Looks well made. No irregularities. Length as promised. Works well for my survival gear bag. I did not make a slingshot or anything but nothing i note was off.

This offering from Mack's Lure is for 3 feet of 3/16-Inch dia. Surgical Amber Tubing and it is a fair offering, as the other prices of surgical tubing was significant for rolls of this stuff. I will use this for tying up swimming flies and for repair of casting bubbles mostly. If I need more, I won't need a roll and will be getting some fresh soft tubing. This stuff ages in the garage heat and will dry out and crack, so small amounts will work for me.

I got this to use with trailer hooks as keeper material. It was perfect. The size, thickness, and durability are perfect. And contrary to some other reviews, it came in one single length exactly as described. I'll order this again when I run out.

This gets one star simply because this is absolutely NOT an appropriate refill for the ZING Air Z-Curve Bow as stated in another review. Instead, you'll want 1/8" diameter surgical tubing, which is the actual diameter of the original orange tubing on an otherwise high performing and entertaining toy. If you are using this 3/16" surgical tubing for something entirely else like a fishing lure, then this review does not apply to you. Now, if Zing Toys, the Z-curve bow global brand owner, were a manufacturer who cares about its customers they would offer the bow replacement kit worldwide and you would not need this review. Avoid the same misinformation I received and do not even attempt to thread 3/16" tubing through the 1/8" openings in the z-curve bow.Unfortunately, you must live in the UK to get that replacement kit found in a youtube video. And, even if you try, the UK "distributor" won't sell it to you. The products are under the same BRAND MARKETING yet you'll get the following response: "Our bow is the AIR STORM z-curve bow and it is orange, not green. That is not our product". Seriously! In the US and rest of the world the kit is not even available so you are on the DIY repair plan (meaning you, like me, are shopping for surgical tubing sources and there's no youtube video that shows you how to actually thread your own surgical tubing into the posts of the bow).It is more simple than tying a fishing lure, IF you have the right size tubing. So, if you are going to DIY the bow repair keep in mind there is no way to fit 3/16" tubing through the 1/8" post holes. You need 1/8" tubing, which itself will be hard enough to thread through the 1/8" openings because the tubing tends to bind and compress on itself. So try baby powder to reduce friction and use needle nose pliers to pull the tubing through.Bottom line, try 1/8" tubing if you are going to DIY the restringing of your kid's Z-curve bow.

Just make sure the 3/16 fits your application.
