Warm a little bit of motor oil in a tablespoon with a lighter for a few seconds then simply dip the brush in the warm oil and work it in on a clean pallet till the bristles straighten out almost instantly. Keep some oil in the brush till you use the brush again. Store them laying flat on a slight foward tilt, not upright or the oil will seep down into the foot and make it harder to rinse out when you use them next time. I have brushes lasting years in my almost 40 years of hand lettering.....Good luck!

I have been painting letters for decades, but hadn't caved and purchased a lettering brush. Decided to finally try one when faced with a job that required all of my skills (and then some lol), and yes, it definitely made the job much easier. Wish I'd bought one decades ago. Worth every penny (and I'm stingy). I can't compare it to any other brands, but I am very pleased with the quality and price.

Superior squirrell hair lettering quill, has soft hair. Loads well and has good, but soft, snap. Line variation is fairly wide.

This is a great product but please don't show an image of 4 brushes when you're offering 1. Our bad for not reading closely. These can be had for a much lower price too...
