I am very pleased with my purchase of the MAD SHARK Silicone Oven Mitts. They are heat resistant up to 450 degrees, and I have used them to take my Dutch oven out of my oven without any problems. Even though it was scathing hot, I did not feel any heat whatsoever. They have a nice soft lining on the inside that fits around my fingers and which holds the glove in place when I use them. They are slightly large for my hands but because of the lining and the finger grip feature, I am able to use them. Another thing I really like about them is that if I get sauce or other food splatters on them, I can just rinse or wipe them off, and they are perfectly clean without any stains.

I accidentally burned my cloth oven mitts and needed new ones. I saw that these can handle 500° temp so I thought I'd try it. I love the way they fit my hands. The grip is great. I also love that you can rinse them off if needed.

I generally use a medium/large sized glove and these are huge, but I love that I can actually use my hands while baking in the heat. Picture to show my hands vs how the gloves fit. The grips are great and helpful, they have cute little heart shaped grips on them. When I bake at 450, I don't notice any issues with blocking the heat from my hands, which I originally was worried about.Overall, these have worked great and helped with the issues I had with what I previously used.Totally worth the money to purchase.

Being a baby boomer at home mom, I have used every oven pad imaginable. Square pads seem to leave behind burned knuckles, dents in the muffins and dried food stains. They also catch on fire very easily. Oven mitts prevent the burns but not the dents and are awkward on small hands. Silicone prevents dried on food but are usually square pads or mitts. Finding these silicone gloves with fingers was so exciting for a baker! They prevent burns, dents and stains. They are nicely padded inside and easily washable outside. One of the videos I saw showed the glove sitting on the counter as she slid one hand inside while the other hand held her cell phone. First thing I tried when they arrived in the mail! I think she practiced a little but I successfully copied the move. When I boiled eggs and could lift them out of the hot water one at a time with my thumb and finger and not a single break that did it for me. These are great. Comfortable, easy to use, efficient, washable at the sink....... Highly recommend unless you are totally hooked on decorative fabric with cats and flowers. Although they do have a nice swirl pattern in the silicone.

Those gloves are exactly as described, thank you for that. They protect from the heat in an excellent manner. They are handsome. The padding is soft and they are built sturdily. The only thing I'm not too fond of is that they are not shaped to each hand and feel stiff in the folding of the thumb so that it's a bit awkward to grasp things. But considering I'm not burning myself anymore, I choose to give it 5 stars, and I recommend this item.

One of the handiest items I’ve ever ordered from Amazon! My husband used these to take smoked pork butts off the smoker without feeling any heat. They are awesome. I’m ordering more for gifts for my outdoor cooking friends.

This purchase is an absolute hit. Not only do the gloves prevent burns, but are so much easier handle the hot dishes/pots than the oven mitts. The fingers definitely allow for more control and comfort. Any type of mess on the gloves, no worries....nothing a little dish soap and rinsing won't take care of. This is a "hot" product and highly recommend.

These gloves are great. I can hold my cast iron skillet when cooking, and I never feel the heat. Love them! and they are easy to clean, just rinse off.
