For the people complaining it's not working, they didn't read the directions. You can't just stuff paper in it and expect it to work. You have to know how to load flash paper. The best way is to make it about 2 cm long and then twist it. Twisted about five times and then stuff it in.Works as described.

The paper will just smoke, have to recharge after every light. After 5 lights stopped working. Never once did the paper shoot out of the wand.
