Made from high-performance Nomex material, the safety hood delivers reliable protection from errant sparks, heat, and flames. The MAGID® NOM20 Hood is essential in industries requiring spark and flame protection over an extended period of time because the hood is relatively lightweight and comfortable to wear as well as protective. The white safety hood is made of 100 percent 6 oz. knitted Nomex and is sewn with Kevlar thread. Nomex provides good heat and flame resistance with soft comfort and excellent absorbency, making it the ideal choice for challenging work conditions. This hood has a double-layer top with a single-layer pieced bib, delivering reliable protection without extra weight.
