I have a stacked washer dryer combo in what is about the size of an entry way closet. The door to the dryer would swing far enough shut when I had bent down to get clothes out of the washer I’d bang my head on it when I stood up.I mounted one part of this to the dryer food and then keeping them connected I mounted to other part to the wall.It worked great. Probably a lot stronger than I needed but it works great and would be strong enough to use on an exterior door that would be pulled on by some wind.Came with all the parts to mount it using the screws or double stick pads which is what I used.
