Extremely practical, but the glue isn't the best. I have it installed on top of a Ridgid compact impact driver which is pretty rounded and I have to push it against the tool often so it stays put.

Works well but don’t put your expensive bits on them they would fall and you will lose them because the magnets are weak.That being said they are perfect to hold screws and nails
