Purchased these to display items on a metal privacy screen and they have exceeded my expectation. I use these screens as dividers in an antiques booth and they hold up everything from vintage clothing to heavy paintings with ease. If you have a metal privacy screen or metal pillars, these magnets will hold potted plants and other decorative items as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by the strength of these magnet and hook combo.Easy to assemble, stylish, don’t look like they came from a hardware store.We have magnet hooks from the big box hardware stores and they were not as stylish or strong.Size is good for hanging general misc items.

These held well and came in handy during my cruise, but I was disappointed that the magnets were so brittle. One arrived shattered and another one broke during a week of use.

This product does not even hold a rain jacket up.. certainly NOT a 40lb hook...

There is no better way to organize your cabin than to have a fist full of these. The walls in the cabins on cruise ships are steel, and the magnets are plenty strong enough to hold most things. I particularly like the black magnets because they stand out so you don't end up accidentally leaving any when you finish your trip.
