UPDATE: Connie from Customer Service contacted me and offered me a replacement or refund. I was very impressed with this excellent customer service!I bought this charger for my Pixel 9 and another similar charger for my husband's Pixel 9. This charges my phone but gets so hot that I can't use my phone while it's charging since it's too hot to hold. The model I got for my husband's phone just gets a little warm so I know the high heat is not normal. I believe I got a defective unitNeedless to say, I will be returning this charger, unfortunately. I really liked the color of the charger and the weight is great, but the high heat is a deal breaker

Works great and comes with the magnets for a phone case in case you didn’t get a case with it installed. Uses a usb-c cord to charge so you can either charge them separately or attach it to the phone and charge simultaneously.The stand is super easy to install and use. All in all I really like this charger.

I got this for my son. He loves it and use all the time. It hold good charge and compact that he can carry in his pocket all the time. My only concern is that heats up a bit. It hasn’t created a problem with his phone but he loves because act like a hand warmer since he is in a city that is cold.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and the day after it quit working. It says it’s charged but will not charge her phone. We’ve tried it while plugged in and on a friend’s phone too but it will not charge. The battery overheats as well as it overheats her phone. I would not recommend

As an electrical engineer, I LOVE the see-through cover (although most of the traces on the printed circuit board are just for show and don't appear to have any purpose, but still, it looks cool!). I also like that, without a phone case, it perfectly lines up with the edges of my iPhone 13, it's lightweight, and connects like an official apple wireless charger (with the circle showing its percentage of charge on the lock screen when connected).On the negative side, it gets really hot, and I know a lot of them heat up. Anything does when there's power transfer going on, but this one does more-so than my other ones. The biggest drawback, though, is that because it gets so hot, you lose a lot energy as it is dissipated as heat energy, meaning I never feel like I get as much charge from this 5000 mAH battery as others I've had that are the same size.In general, I still like it for how cool it looks, and I'll use it to give me a low-profile (in the pocket) boost. However, when it comes to reliable battery packs on a journey away from outlets, I'll look elsewhere.

So far it works well. I have another SCOE IEP otter cover, so it does not lock on with the magnet as well as it does without the cover

Pretty color and charger your phone up quick. But it gets extremely HOT. Where I thought my phone was going to be damaged.
