The adhesive sticks great! And the magnet holds great!I bought these for some inexpensive ($2.99 ea.) Grocery list pads that I bought at TJ Maxx. Super cute designs but cheap magnets that wouldn't stay on my fridge.THESE hold a 100 page grocery pad on my fridge! And I didn't have to spend a ton of extra money. I applied the new magnet just below the original one and it holds great!

Not as strong as I would like, but I do not think there is a material that is the se as this with a stronger magnet.

Weak magnet that won't hold up small phone, that has it's own magnets which work well with other magnets. Not true to advertisement. Magnet probably okay to hold paper.
