We recently moved to a new residence where we have been asked not to attach things to the walls! AACK! I have been looking at new and creative ways to have kitchen things ready to hand, and this holder with hooks solved one problem for me. The price was very low. The magnets are very, very strong, and will support a LOT of weight. The hooks are attractive and nicely placed. I have put this on my fridge to hang my potholders on for now, and may end up using it in another way, but it is perfect for this task! The bar is very well made, very strong and durable, and the black matte finish goes well with any decor. I am delighted to have it, and to have one more little problem resolved. I would recommend it without hesitation!

I have this on the 6 foot metal wire shelves next to my front door on the front of one of the shelves to hold my watch, keys, and anything I need to take with me the next time I go out. The hooks have a big enough opening for my 22mm watchband to fit on easily, but they're not so big as to get in the way. The shelves are metal wire, so there's not a solid metal surface for the magnets to hold on to, but they're holding without a problem.
