I used this on my 2004 Volvo S60 and it worked perfectly. I installed using a craftsman stubby flexhead ratchet while the intake manifold was still installed.

I've never had a leak using Mahle gaskets. I've used them on intake manifolds, and throttle bodies for Volvo cars for years. Good company, good Aftermarket product.

... the process resulted in sealing an air leak I've been suffering from for years as I drove around with the MFA unplugged ... & now am able to plug it back in again (not 100% sure if it was this gasket) but certainly the process of putting this gasket in forced a reinstall of all the air intake pipes which seemingly eliminating whatever was causing the air leak .... Perfect.
