Las juntas originales que vienen en los jeep vienen con una capa de silicón, lo que permite reutilizarles, hasta que por uso ya no pueden cumplir bien su función. Estos repuestos no vienen con esa capa, por lo cual su duración es mucho menor. Sirven para una emergencia, pero no son lo mejor.
