I'm not sure what to write here. The size and weight specifications matched those provided. It was easy to install and I have seen no issues with quality. It's color is nice and it looks like it could be painted with ease. As a key holder, it does what you would expect. As a mail holder it also functions well.

Holds quite a bit of junk mail and all of my family’s keys with room to spare for the dog’s leash that we never use. Didn’t take much to hang, and hasn’t budged despite my bumping in to it from time to time. Good buy!

Overall, this is a pretty decent mail organizer. Here are my specific thoughts:- Everything came packaged securely and there was no damage.- The instructions are fine, but may be a little lacking for a beginner. I recommend using a 1/16" drill bit to drill pilot holes for mounting to studs and a 3/16" drill bit to drill holes for any drywall anchors.- The organizer is made of very light wood. This shouldn't be an issue for anyone storing mail in it (which is the intended purpose), but I would not recommend storing heavier items in it.- My only complaint with this product was the mounting hardware. As you can see in the third attached picture, one of the mounting brackets was crooked and too high. I noticed the crookedness and compensated for it when I drilled the mounting holes, but did not notice the height difference. When I hung the organizer on the wall, it was very unlevel and looked terrible. I ended up removing the mounting bracket and reattaching it in a level position. While this is not an overly difficult task, it is not something that should have to be done to a brand new product.

We love it! We’ve had it for over a year and my son likes to pull the keys that hang but it doesn’t budge or hasn’t broken!

This organizer is very well made and the 4 hooks for keys or whatever you need you hang are very sturdy. I used masking tape to locate the holes. The screws and mollys they provided did a great job. The stick-on bumpers for the bottom of the organizer are helpful to protect the wall. It is the width they advertized, but I wish it were another inch or two wider to hold a sheet of paper, but I opted to save a couple of dollars and got this one. It will be fine.

The item just seems roughly made, which may be intentional, but seems overpriced for what you get.
