Gosh I love this couch so much! I am thrilled that future guests can have a place to sleep that isn't my bean bag chain or my inflatable mattress! It's super easy to put together and pretty comfortable! Very well worth the price! By the way, it's pretty heavy so if you live upstairs you'll probably need someone to help you carry it up! :)

The futon was lost in transit for 10 days. Inaccurate tracking info was provided so we couldn’t track it. Box was damaged upon arrival. Horrific customer service in this regards. That being said, it FINALLY showed up. Provided pics regarding set up. Directions are self explanatory. It seems sturdy. I bought it for myself to lay down and recover from major abdominal surgery since my sitting chair is too uncomfortable. Memory foam is adequate and comfortable. Adjustable recline and arm rests. Easily adjusted. Nice fabric. Soft. Rich color and easy to clean. The futon itself is very nice. The customer service is less to be desired and they obviously have idiots in the shipping department. It’s affordable and fits nicely in a small space for me. I had to put an area rug down so the legs wouldn’t ruin my hardwood floors.

After replacing my oversized bed with this Futon, I can honestly say this is the best buy I've made in a long time. The futon is very comfy and makes my room feel very cozy, The only downside I can think of is in the middle section of the futon when it's laid out completely is very uncomfy, but I always have it in the sofa mode so I never really deal with it. Overall, an amazing buy!

The item arrived even faster than we were expecting and was quite easy to assemble. So far it's been very sturdy, and is very easy to change how it's set up. I love that you can raise up the "arms" on either side to make a headrest when laying down or have it resemble more of a little loveseat with them both angled up. Very good item, glad we purchased it, would definitely recommend to others.

This was an easy build and pretty sturdy overall. However I ordered it in black, I received it in navy blue. I didn't return it because of color mistake, it actually didn't bother me that much and matched my other decor anyway. In couch mode, the comfort level is decent BUT when its unfolded, this is hands down the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I've ever owned. You can feel the metal piece in the center and it's as wide as a twin mattress, so the center metal bar is unavoidable when you're trying to sleep. I feel so bad for company that comes over and wants to get a good night's rest...THEY WON'T!

I bought this for the home office to be used as a couch and a guest room bed. The couch part is good enough but the bed function is unusable! Everywhere there is a section break (right down the middle in both directions) feels like there is a raised steel bar that is grinding into your body! No way to get comfortable. I guess you get what you pay for! Unfortunately garbage day was the same day I received this so the box went out in the trash, otherwise I would be returning it. Very disappointed that I am just out $180! I might try buying a mattress topper to see if it helps but I'm afraid of throwing good money after bad!

You get what you pay for-- this isn't the best futon in the world by any means, but it gets the job done. It's relatively easy to assemble and move. The futon is sturdy enough for one person, but I wouldn't trust it with more than 2 average sized people. This futon is decent for a first apartment or a small office space.

I bought this cause the bed I have now is too big for my current room, so figured I'd downsize a bit, and I already own other mainstay products, so I like some of the stuff they put out.Things to know about this futon;1. The first picture you see is not what you're getting, this needs correction in the product page. That one's got about a 5 or 6 inch memory foam cushion, the product you're actually getting is the one pictured below that one, with the 1 to 2 inch memory foam cushion, I think it's closer to 2 inches once you let it breathe.2. It's actually comfortable for me, I can't say whether it'll be for you. Like mentioned above, it's 2 inches of memory foam on top of wood. I would describe it like sleeping in a fluffy sleeping bag on top of the floor.3. If you have back problems, it's actually pretty good to sleep on. I have lower back problems myself, this is pretty darn good for folks like me. You can lay down nice and straight on it, it's a wood bottom, so no curving. It's soft, but not so soft that you sink in.4. The arm rests do fold up and down, just like the back piece. That looks pretty handy. I don't know if an adult could use that to adjust their sleep angle. Kids, definitely, but adult, I don't know if the hardware would handle our movements at nightFinally, if you need just a little more cushioning for sleep, you can easily add a foam bed topper on top. I don't require that, but just an idea if you find you need a little more foamI'm giving this a 4. If it had thicker memory foam like the first picture it'd definitely be a 5
