I bought this for my robotics class to make H-bridges to control motors through arduino uno cards. They worked very well.

Per the specs on the transistor, it works fine. As it turns out, this transistor in general is a slow-switching transistor, 'pulse' characteristics, not so good. Depends on the application.

using these with my arduino to control a fan via PWM. needed a capacitor to smooth the voltage out so the fan stopped humming, but that was expacted. great little chips, great value for money!
