I've been using the Makedo Scru's for a few years in an elementary school setting. Kids love making with cardboard because it is fast and durable enough to make things that they can play with or in. I like that they are reusable, but cheap enough that if a student wants to take their work home I have no problem with it.As far as accessories go, in my opinion, the scoring tool is really amazing. The cutting part of the knife is only so-so. Students prefer using a CANARY style knife or heavy cardboard scissors. We have 3D printed some tools and screws with mixed results. You can use a 3D printed mini tool (from Thingiverse), but you should really go ahead and buy the screws themselves - they are slow to print and prone to breakage. The store bought ones are much easier to work with.

The make do tools are money well spent. My experience is that it takes kids some time to open up to all the possibilities these tools present, but once they start, there is no end to the amount of creating they will accomplish. I use these in a multiage classroom.

Our grandson loves building with cardboard. I saw these at a build event at a local library and knew i had to get them. Easily holds the cardboard together. And reusable.

My preschooler used at to make a dog house for his stuffed animals. I like the parts weren't too small and it was easy for him in manage!

This is an effective way to teach carpentry for kids as young as 5. It comes with a blunt serrated “saw†that cuts thru cardboard with a little effort but won’t cut fingers. There’s a spike that can poke thru cardboard and some chunky screws that hold several layers together. It also comes with a socket wrench for screwing the screws.

Got these for my grandkids and they asked for mor scrus because they built such big castles and forts. My daughter had fun doing this with the kids. Great way to reuse your Amazon boxes. Creative.

The quality is the same as with the main product, and I am glad I bought this 'extension' as generally these screws tend to stick where they've been placed originally i.e. we now have a shop counter in the living room made from a children bike box and few other packages, maybe not as nice looking as some you can buy, but also easy to expand as requirements grow...
