Work like the original. Not sure yet how long they will last.

Almost went back to Polaris option after bad experience with another knock off brand but was convinced by the reviews and price for these. They seem like high quality and bearings turn freely. Time will tell how long they last in the pool environment but not taking much risk for the money.

Exactly what I want with the good price too. They swivel nicely, unlike the other order that I had to return, those lock tightly and hard to spin. You need to heat up the pipe using a hairdryer, otherwise it’s almost impossible to push the connector into the pipe.

Swivel function does not work well in cooler temperatures and the line tangles badly. But, they do not leak

I guess there are two things you don’t notice getting old on your sweep; the hose and the swivels. My sweep was always getting tangled. I tried every adjustment. Then I noticed how stiff the old silicone hose had become. So I replaced it with very soft and flexible new hose. It still got twisted. So I then purchased these new swivels with bearings. Totally solved the problem. I noticed that the old ones, when under pressure just didn’t slide easily. The wear faces inside had become less slippery. No feedback on durability as just installed.

Two of the three swivels spun freely upon examination, but the third was hard to spin. "Ball bearing" usually applies to smoothness in operation, but the function needs to be checked prior to installation.
