Your cart is empty.The Malco S2R 3 inch hand seamers, with forged steel jaws, are the premier choice for bending, folding, flattening and straightening sheet metal edges or safely gripping and moving sheet metal around the job site. Designed for all the metal trades, including HVACR installation, roofing and siding applications and commercial building and remodeling. The drop-forged, high-impact jaws feature depth markings graduated in 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) increments and are complimented by a powerful compound leverage design. Easily bend flanges or completely flatten seams from 1/4 to 1-1/4 inch (6.4-31.8 mm) deep in 24 gauge (0.71 mm) galvanized or (0.61 mm) mild steel. These Seamers are also equipped with Malco's Redline Handles. The handle opening of Malco's REDLINE gripped tools maximizes the powerful leverage of compound head-to-handle linkage while providing a more comfortable operating range for your hand. Ergonomic handle contours with an over-molded, non-slip handle insert assures a natural fit and feel for the way you work. Easy one-hand-operation, including an easy open and close latch motion, always leaves a free hand to steady work piece.

New to me but seems a good, solid tool. While not a pro, I do like to form my own flashing parts for doors, roof work, etc., and have had some formal training. I lack a brake, but do like to refine pre-bent materials for my own applications and this seems a nice, solid tool. The price, maybe a bit more but my philosophy of late has been a cheap tool is money and time wasted. So far okay with straight handles, but I can see the + had I invested in the 45 degree off-set handles, only other consideration.

A genuine Malco seamer. Your buddies will be chomping at the bit to destroy this new addition to your tool bag. Be prepared to have nicer tools than your lead if you buy these. You will never want to use the metal shops 3rd hand seamer again.

An excellent tool, well made, sturdy, well thought out, feels good in the hand. Best of all it's made in USA, not like most other tools these days. Made in USA stamped on the handle. Product packaging terrible, box was not secured closed, fortunately the tool was OK.

Very strong and great quality. They came out of the package perfectly setup with great clamping power. Duck bills don’t slip and seem to stay aligned the last couple months I’ve had them and used daily. The notches on the sides are even 1/4†measurements for easy alignment. The locking mechanism is easy to use and easy to reach.This is my second set of these and will continue us to come to Malco for these every time.

I tried bending nice looking sheet metal with my teeth, my hands even my butt cheeks but it never turned out right. Once I got these my jobs looked so much better. Sturdy construction and grips metal well for turning drive ears and flanges on duct work.
