I needed some more safety wire for work so I purchased this. At my age this container should last me the rest of my life. I only needed roughly 10 feet but an extra 200 plus is even better.

SS wire is perfect for those many small tasks around the house. No rust and the strength to last many years.

See both canister labels in my image, same manufacturer(?) different design, might just be a design update, eh? The canister on the left (received today) is marked as .032 and the wire is slightly thinner than the wire in the right canister (unmarked wire thickness on the label of the right canister). Thickness measured on wire in right canister is .032 (just as I ordered it last week), the wire thickness measured in the left canister is .025 just as I ordered it. (Left canister is mis-labeled as .032). Also the sheen on the .025 wire is a little brighter than the .032, why, newer wire, hasn’t had time to oxidize? Still looking forward to using both wires, happy with the purchase from both sellers.

I bought this wire to safety lock the pins on shackles for my sailboat. It has been working fine. The wire is flexible, strong and easy to work with. 0,025 Dia, is very thin. If I were to need more, I might buy the next size up just for peace of mind, as nearly everything on a sailboat is done overkill and redundant.

I did a test with a length in a vise and kept tightening with my mil-bar safety pliers. I couldn't believe how many times I twisted this wire and it finally broke! Obviously you would never attempt this with the wire on a usable item, but it holds up well to abuse.Great product

This wire is used for locking hardware on aircraft. The dispenser is especially nice, since if the wire end accidentally goes back in the container, it is easy to unscrew the top to retrieve it. I would purchase this item again from the seller.

I use the wire to make a uniform glue spreader on documents adhered to wood substrate. Winding the wire tightly across the length of a bare rod, the spreader spreads a uniformly thick layer of glue on the back of the document as it is pulled through the glue deposited on the document - just ahead of the spreader. A spreader - wound with certain diameter wire, determines how much glue .is deposited between the rows of wound wire. I'm very pleased with this wire purchase
