Initially I purchased another brand of transformer. I accidentally crossed a wire and blew it thing out, so that is on me. I could not find out how to make a warranty claim (even though I sure it would have been denied), but more disappointed that the other unit's built in circuit breaker did not protect the unit. I also could not find a website or any way to directly contact that OTHER company. That is a huge red flag for me.Since then I have purchased this transformed from Malory and am in love with it. The construction of it is noticeably better than the other. Malory has a website, a US location and a lifetime warranty (how did I miss this one the first time?). What more can you ask for?BTW - Idiot that I am, I made the same mistake with the Malory unit, crossed the wires. The on/off switch popped to off and the unit was fine. Hence the love. It pains me to admit this, but to me this Malory unit is idiot proof and I am the idiot that proved it.To be fair, the other unit had built in WiFi (and that is what burned out), this Malory unit does not. I like that simplicity. Simple, sturdy, powerful. But I have an outdoor Kasa outlet that I plug it into and it works wonderfully with Kasa app and Alexa.I will copy and paste this review into the other unit's review to make it clear that if you are looking for it, that you found it. But I will change the names to protect the guilty.

The body of this transformer locks tightly and should last a long time. This is to replace another transformer that had a plastic body and deteriorated in the elements.

This landscape lighting power supply is very well-made, and has plenty of capacity for most applications. It has held up very well in severe outdoor environments.

I recently purchase three Mallory pathway lights to go with this transformer. I am very impressed by the build quality of all Mallory products, especially this transformer. My only small feedback would be for them to build the box with two mounting tabs at the top rather than just the one. Also, they include both the mechanical timer and also the light sensor. You can use either one but not both in conjunction with each other. It would be nice to use the light sensor to signal when to turn on, but then use the timer for the turn off time. I have seen this with the cheap big box transformers and it prevents you from having to reset the turn on time when the seasons change. Small thing though. I really do like this transformer a lot!

The quality of this low-voltage transformer is stable and so far there have been no issues. It’s better than old model and I’m very satisfied.

While it's still early on, I must say this product gives off a premium vibe with its sleek design. Connecting and installing the transformer was a breeze, and it's been impressively meeting all my outdoor needs thus far.

There is no user manual or video tutorial on the transformer.Reached out to shipper through Amazonbut no response.Volt lighting has a pdf manual and videos for a few dollars moreThere is no information on the lifetime warranty!!I am disappointed
