Do not buy this product. Simply put NOTHING is ok with this. Amazon really needs to step in and work with this seller to improve quality of product or remove them. I ended up going to ace hardware and buying all new hardware that fit and wasn’t too small. Needed to put shims in a chair because no amount of tightening or loosening screws could make it right. One chair had fabric put in backwards and the holes for the backrest are on the outside not inside so completely useless. Had to revamp and drill new holes and plug the existing. It took two entire days to get it marginally together.

These chairs need a considerable amount of assembly. Fortunately, we have a neighbor who helped us. Last year we purchased 4 very similar chairs which required no assembly for less money. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend the purchase of these chairs.

When we received the parts, and there were many, the fabric was inserted in the wrong place so the seam was "backwards" when you put the chair together. I slid it off and reinstalled the fabric. It it now a little loose toward the top. Overall, we love the chairs, but I can't give a 5 for something that had such a defect. It also took hours to get these together because of the poor directions and overall look. Many of our friends have similar chairs - ours are two inches narrower than everyone else. Additionally, with the looseness of the top of the material, I'm not sure how that will hold up. The black caps that came with them to cover the bolts are falling off everywhere. We can't stack them without the caps coming off. If you need a decent price, aren't fussy, and don't mind spending hours putting them together (we used a drill for the bolts) then buy them.

It’s not easy to assemble . It took a lot of strength , pulling,stretching the material and cursing to put the chairs together . I was about to send it back but the hard work is done . They look good now there light weight easy to move around .

I bought the all black chairs but they come with silver nuts, screws and bolts. They stick out like a sore thumb. They send you these black plastic covers to cover the silver. Unfortunately they suck as they keep popping off. They should have sent the nuts, bolts and screws in black and they wouldn’t have to deal with making the plastic covers that sucks.

These chairs are so hard assemble, the holes do not line up, the plastic bolt/nut covers pop right off in the end. They are flimsy after assembly also, not wasting my time or energy assembling the final 2 chairs

Sent wrong color iron pieces for one chair (black instead of grey). Very difficult to put together, takes a couple hours and you need more than one person to do it. All in all nice looking finished product. Wish the back was a little higher.
