This does not fit a three or four it only fits a four wire.

The seller was fast and shipping was fine..well packaged...however I went to replace a 2 button 4 wire controller on my dovetail gooseneck trailer. I hooked up the wires the same and nothing worked, I looked online and saw that yellow was down and green was up, red was power and black was ground, only problem is the controller was wired wrong, I had to take it apart and wire it correctly, no matter how someone would wire this to there trailer it would never work, the up and down buttons would never ground to make the connection, wasted 3 hours and dozens of connectors only to learn the controller would never work. Looked at my old one and sure enough the new one needed the green and black swapped. as mentioned in other reviews the wire is a lot smaller then OEM ones that come with trailers.

Works great, although wires are a little bit of a small gauge. Whatever the case still a better option than paying $150-300 for a “Maxon†switch 😂
