When I had purchased a barebones Threadripper PC, didn’t come with much needed hardware for SSD drives. I have 3 NVMe slots on my AsRock X399 motherboard. The only screw was the one that was used to secure the SSD already installed. I’ve been upgrading drives and this is perfect. Has everything needed for the job!

Not really too much to say: it does the job, and it does it well. I bought this because my computer is a pre-built, and the company that made it decided to apparently throw the M.2 screw away. I was reeeally unamused by that, but this kit worked flawlessly to get my M.2 drive installed.I especially liked the screwdriver and the ability to magnetize it. Just know everything will be in one bag mixed together, so you might have to do a little experimenting to make sure you use the right screw for your specific motherboard.

Great kit, well packaged and contains what you need to secure your M2 SSD card to the motherboard mount. It should have the correct size you need, as a variety of sizes are included.

There are a lot of little parts included. The beest part is the screwdriver magnetizer. The screw driver included is already magnetized. I needed to magnetize a longer screwdriver. It was a big help. At 75 yo, my hands are not a steady nor my eyesight as good. This kitlet me install 3 SSD'swith parts left over. If you will be updating to SSD or NMve, consider buying this kit.

My older system needed a new boost, but the NVMe drive I purchased did not include any installation hardware. This kit had everything I needed to install the new drive, including the header screw, screwdriver and magnet to keep the tiny top screw on the screwdriver. Even the cleanup was a breeze with the magnet collecting all the small screws. And it includes enough leftover screws to install two more drives, so this will also pay off in the future.
