This review is a bit belated but must say this duvet insert is SO cozy and warm during these negative degree nights we are having. It keeps me so warm sometimes I have to pull it off a few minutes. It washed up like a dream. Thales awhile to dry but well worth it. No need to put the electric blanket on the bed!!It is good quality and well made. Love the tie loops to keep it in place. I can see using this on my bed for years!

This is an excellent duvet insert! My husband and I both really love it - and that’s not typical for us to both like the same bedding! It’s got a great fluffy ness and soft weight to it to make it feel like a cozy cloud!

Ordered a Queen heavy warmth to put inside a full cover! Perfect size to make it extra fluffy and have a luxurious feel. The duck feather down makes it super warm! The 8 tie off connection points make it super easy and the duvet stay in the right spot

A lot of people say that its not filled with a lot of feathers... but it is. You just have top fluff them up cause they've been flat for so long! The comforter sound also is really satisfying. its not crunchy but, its soothing and very nice. It fluffed up once I let it sit out for a few mins and then fluffed the comforter. I got a king size to put in my queen size duvet and it made it very fluffy!

It fluffed up nicely in the dryer, I got a California king to put in my king duvet to give it a puffy look for my queen bed. It was very comfortable, not hot, and just the right amount of crinkle sound.

I don't like leaving negative reviews under any occasions, but after using this duvet/comforter for 7 months I feel like potential buyers deserve an honest review.One of the most important factors to consider when purchasing a down product is the feather/down ratio. Generally speaking, you want as much down in your products as possible. A 80/20 down to feather ratio is usually the cutoff between a good down product to an OK one. A 70/30 or lower down to feather ratio is all but guaranteed to be a mediocre product.This comforter/duvet is 10/90 down to feather. Yes, it's 90% feather and 10% down. It's that bad. The result is a heavy, noisy, and smelly product that is CONSTANTLY leaking feathers. There is a reason they don't tell you in the description that this product is only 10/90 down to feather. There is a reason that so many people complain about the smell, noise, weight, and non-fluffiness of this comforter, it's because there are barely any down in it, it's all feather.I know this is one of the cheapest 'down' comforters on Amazon. But do yourself a favor and spend a little more to get an OK product, because this one isn't even mediocre, it's awful.

I bought this to replace an old $200 down comforter that finally over a decade of continuous use had no more loft. When ordering this one I didn't have high expectations, given the low price ($49), but figured it would probably be adequate for a mild southern Arizona winter if I crank up the heat a bit at night, and then I could buy a better comforter sometime in the future.After I took it out of its vacuum-sealed bag and fluffed it up with some vigorous shaking, it started to puff up quite nicely, and by that evening it was ready to try out. I have to admit I was pretty impressed with its loft. A few buyers thought it was too heavy, and it is in fact a bit heavy, but that was a positive for me... I was originally worried it was going to be too skimpy. A few buyers also noted it was "noisy"... I actually didn't notice that until I purposely tried to listen for it, and yes it has a bit of crunch when you handle it. But I found if I'm not consciously listening for it, I don't really notice it. One buyer mentioned it aggressively leaks feathers. I've only had this comforter for a week and so far there's not one stray feather to be found, but I'll edit this review in the future if that becomes an issue.It was extremely comfortable and warm the first night I tried it, and I found I didn't have to crank up the heat at all... it kept me toasty even as my house dropped to overnight temperatures a bit cooler than I would normally prefer for sleeping. However, I suspect it may be too warm to use during the summer, at least here in Arizona. But all things considered, I'm very happy with this purchase. There have been many times in the past where I've had buyer's remorse after purchases on Amazon, but definitely not this time. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but in this case I couldn't find anything to complain about to warrant a lower rating.

I sleep hot, and my regular down comforter was too hot at night, waking me up. This one is perfect for me, I'm cozy and warm on cold nights, but not overly warm. Exactly what I needed. Very high quality.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s warm but not too heavy. It fluffed up beautifully. When I make the bed I give it a little shake and it looks great. I love that it’s cotton… so paired with a cotton duvet cover I feel like my body can breath. It fit the duvet cover perfectly. Not skimpy. I have a King size for a queen size bed. It doesn’t touch the ground but covers the mattress and box spring beautifully. The tabs inside help keep it from bunching up on one side. I would buy this again for other bedrooms. Great price and it was easy to get into the duvet cover because it’s not too heavy y.

Beautiful duvet, feels light but great weight when sleeping. Warm but not sweating = breathable. I love the 'crinkle' of the real down filling. Very satisfied!

Really nice duvet for a great price. Doesn't lose too many feathers and the sow lines hold great. It's very heavy and breathable at the same time. Passes canadian winter's test! The only thing is that it's not super fluffy like in the pictures if you sleep in it, but if you fluff it every morning it will look stunning on any bed.

After searching high and low for a great quality duvet for our girl this one was perfect. No shedding, very fluffy and crisp.Feels like great qualityI was worried it would be flat from looking at pictures but it isn’t at all.I let it fluff up when I opened it from the package all day and put it in the dryer on low for a few minutes and it is just perfect.We will be purchasing the king size for our own bed now
