I am new to bay and ocean boating. This spiral bound, easy to book of charts is filled with useful information for anyone boating along the New Jersey shore and bays. It also includes info about locations of dock and dine restaurants.

The front and back covers are scratched. Each page is filled with grit. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. It is being sold as new. It is a third edition. The offer on the back cover expired on 5/15/13. This makes me believe it is an older edition and its condition is that of heavily used. I spent almost $60 on this item. It was to be a gift. Disappointed and dissatisfied.
