This is actually the second purchase of powdered pigment from Marblers because the 1st one was a perfect neon pink. I thought I’d give the black a try and I am beyond happy with the results, so dark…but make sure you prep your work area because just a few specs can make a real mess

It was chalky, clumpy, and in order to get it to color my resin even halfway decently, I had to mix it with part A on a sheet of glass for several minutes. If not mixed properly, I'd get a translucent white with "strings" of brighter white where the lumps fell through the material to the bottom.

It does actually what it is suppose to. I used it to fill in small gaps in a diamond art painting and it was fantastic.

Love the matte colors but mixing the pigment into gel polish doesn't work. There are alot of peices that are not fine and don't fully mix so u can see the small lumps. I bought a mortar and pestle to try and grind it up more and it still has small beads of pigment that won't crush and mix in product.

I LOVE MARBLERS!!! I have purchased the matte red, yellow, and blue twice. I have purchased all of the NEON'S once. They are SUPER pigmented. A little dab will do you. I use them to make DIY bath bomb powders and DIY colored acrylic powders. The powders are VERY thin and easy to work with. I love them and I will continue to purchase them. This is a GREAT product.

I bought this to make resin casted lithophanes because it was the only non-pearlescent white product I could find. I should have listened to the other reviewers and just passed on it as it has far too many large granules to work for this project. What I got from my resin pour was large air bubbles and a gritty, sandy looking casted image that absolutely cannot function as a lithophane. If you are doing marbling, or any flat casting where light doesn't need to pass through the dyed resin, you'll probably be fine.
