These filters are keeping my small tank clear. They are reasonably priced. They can be rinsed a few times and still continue quality filtering. Have ordered twice and ready to order again.

Definitely no bigger than 20galls .I bought the filter for the wrong reason….I liked the idea of it….slim , unusual , nothing quite like it, four little filters, pump on the inside of the water uptake tube . It works quite nicely. But for a serious filter get the AquaClear

Whoever said taking care of fish is easy has never properly cared for one. Caring for fish means weekly maintenance/checks and monthly full cleanings. Of course, this process has been made easier with filters, automatic feeders, and bottled water treatments. When I found this I was extremely happy! I worry less about my fish and am able to regularly maintain their tank. I would recommend this product to those who have a Marina 10-gallon tank, but don't always have the time to go to the pet store. It's convenient and fair-priced. I'm a college student with a Marina 10-gallon tank. I bought the tank at the local pet store almost a year ago, but after a few months they jacked up the prices on filters! My budget was (still is) limited to the leftover money from my paycheck after the bills, groceries and gas, so some days I felt like I couldn't afford paying $8.99 per 3/pack every two to three weeks. This pack was such a life-saver!

I have a Marina S10 filter on my 6.5 gallon Betta tank. Great filter and these cartridges are easy to replace and work well.

I love these because they are easy to change and of all the cartridge type filters I’ve used seem to be the best made. I alternate changing one side each week in an s10 model. They are also really cheap like what 75 cents per cartridge, I spend 5 times that daily on coffee lol. As usual with amazons weird pricing at the time of this review, they are cheaper the less you buy so I Just buy 10 3 packs for 23$ rather than one 18 pack for 27$. Unless I’m missing something and it’s 18 3 packs. You never know with amazons awful descriptions but I’m not going to risk it because it probably is just 18 cartridges.

Loved these. They work very well. In the small aquariums it's easy to overload while cycling. After 3 weeks of cycling the ammonia was down to zero, the nitrites weer decreasing and the nitrates were still above 60ppm. We added these to assist in the last leveling stage until the nitrates dropped to more acceptable levels. We have chosen to continue to use these as a safeguard with a 10 gallon aquarium. The small aquariums have less room for toxic levels to change without heavily effecting our fish health. Our fish are healthier and we worry less about sudden changes we may miss between regular water changes and testing.

Couldn’t get these in any store for my generic hang on back from Amazon so happy when I found them, I just kept reordering over & over. Size was perfect. Water quality almost immediately improved & they were so cheap in comparison to other hang on back filters. Durable, long lasting & easy to clean until end of life was near. Easy to use also: take out of packet and rinse then insert. Sadly I have those fish away & retired the tank & filter but it was a good ride. The HOB & filter media’s gave me a good service. Defo recommend these.

Ich verwende die Bio-Carb zusammen mit Bio-Clear in einem Marina S20 Außenfilter, über die Ansaugöffnung im Becken habe ich einen Fluval Vorfilter Größe 1 gesteckt, damit nicht immer Garnelen angesagt werden oder Schnecken die Pumpe blockieren. So funktioniert die Wasserreinigung recht zufriedenstellend und unkompliziert - ich hoffe nur, die Filter für das Marina-Außenfilterprogramm sind noch lange erhältlich und werden nicht aus purem Übermut (wir sind Hagen! oder so ähnlich) eingestellt.

… adaptés pour poissons rouges mais pas d’aussi bonne qualité que les spéciaux poissons rouges, ils se salissent plus vite et il faut donc les changer plus régulièrement.
