I've replaced a few of these, with a different brand. The others last 1-2 season. This one seems to be better quality, and is def louder so i'm happy with it so far.

Purchases horn to replace the previous horn on my Eastern boat.. It’s fairly loud and easy installation. I will do a update in the fall of 2025 after spring and summer 2025 fishing season.

I got this to replace the old horn on my boat. It was easy to install. It honks pretty loud. It is small, which I like because it does not stick out far, in the way of anything. Quality seems OK as far as I can tell; hopefully it will hold up OK in the face of saltwater fishing, etc.

I installed this on the bottom side of a table on my pontoon and I was a little worried it was going to be to loud. I only gave the noise level 4 stars because well It can ether be to loud or not loud enough. Though it is loud it doesn’t hurt the ears even mounted in the open.

This was the third one I purchased. First lasted close to two years and I figured -"not too awful considering price." Second didn't last a year and I figured - "maybe it was just a lemon." This third one didn't last 5 months!!! I will not purchase another one again. They are poorly made and rust out internally which kills them. Looks nice sitting up on the hood of the boat though. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find a well-made small boat horn. I would gladly pay twice or even three times as much for one that last a few years. I'm trying a different brand at the moment on my other boat but have little faith it will last much longer than the 9 to 10 month average of this one.

Installed last summer. Put the boat in this year and the horn doesn't work. When I say doesn't work... It works but can hardly be heard. Total waste of time.I took the horn apart today and it turns out that, the reason it wasn't working was because it was full of water. I've given it a couple more stars cos it's working but really? It's a "marine" horn. Water?
