Material is thinner but ran true to size. Very functional for the purpose. It looks really cute on -- the belly section has extra cushion to give the allusion of a large stomach. Has velcro as means of fastening which is helpful for little ones. Overall great buy, but would recommend layering if in cooler climate.

I purchased this Mario costume for my son to wear to a video game themed birthday party. As a parent, I wanted a fun costume that was comfortable, durable, and accurately represented the character. Here is my breakdown of the pros and cons of this particular Mario outfit:Pros:- Overall good quality and construction. The materials feel substantial enough for a kids' costume.- The sizing was accurate based on the chart. It fit my son just right without needing adjustments.- The hat and gloves were especially well made. The hat has good stretch and the gloves fit nicely.- Extra touches like the padded belly and mustache add fun detail to make it look authentic.Cons:- The mustache was a bit of a fail. It did not stick well and kept falling off no matter what I tried. A costume mustache that won't stay on defeats the purpose.- The material is on the thinner side. It seems prone to tearing with very active kids. Some reinforced stitching in high stress areas could help.- For the price, the quality is lower than higher end costumes. But you get what you pay for.Overall, my son loved the costume and had a blast wearing it. For budget friendly kids' costumes, this served its purpose fine and brought Mario to life well enough. A few tweaks to make the mustache more durable and materials a bit thicker would take it to the next level. I would recommend this as an affordable Mario costume option. Hope this review helped!

My son loves the costume! Great material and all. We used his Odyssey hat instead. The hat it came with was okay. Not correct proportions for the hat. Looked off! Comes with everything you see in the pictures!

All three of my kids have been Mario or Luigi at some point- and several years in a row to boot. We finally got rid of the 3 or 4 costumes last year as the youngest had outgrown it. August rolls around and she's adamant about being Mario for Halloween this year. Mama mia.Good costume- quality is great. But I'm afraid this will be the only year she can use it. Unless she doesn't grow at all over the next year.

My son was so happy to be Mario the year he got this costume. I bought it on the bigger side because he is sort of tall. The quality of the product was awesome though I wish they could find a different material to connect the back. It wasn’t too cold when we had this costume and the thickness of the costume didn’t make him sweat. I got the large for my son and when he wore it to school it was very easy for him to take off when he had to go to the bathroom

Buen disfraz solo que la talla es mucho mayor a la que viene señalada. La talla 4-6 es como 6-8. Pero el disfraz es hermoso y está muy completo. Mi hijo feliz!
